More Floor Plan Development

I started to develop the First floor plan and section. What you can see in the section are the several rooms that are placed UNDER the stage. with a ceiling height of 8 feet.

  1. Michael can you please give me a reference to the ground. Also you talk about this grand stair. Your section should indicate that. And how is the roof treated?

  2. Hello Michael,

It is hard to understand from this section the building on its whole.
These drawings do not do good justice.
You definitely have to present at this point all the floor plans especially ground floor and a couple of sections .
In section, you have to cut the envelope of the building. Where are the 'margins' of the building?

Some points you need to indicate right away:
In plan, you have to add with dashed lines the projection of the 'balconies' in the auditorium space.
In section, the sitting 'balconies' look very strange from a structural point of view.  Also the slope of the upper balcony is impossible.
The auditorium should have sloped acoustic panels on the ceiling. Where is the ceiling? How does this space closes?
These are things that you need to indicate in your drawings even if you have not resolved their technicalities 100%.
