Floor Plans 2 + 3

i am in the process of developing some of my floor plans... i started with floor plans 2 + 3 because i wanted to begin building in walls for the piano rooms and recording studio's

  2. It is very hard to understand your overall intentions with these two planar drawings.
    You need to show at the same time sections. I recommend to start from a general plan that shows the neighboring buildings and streets, and of course a ground floor plan that shows the main entrance and circulation cores.

    Right now your circulation/ elevators core is very restricted. Since you are working on a big scale public building you will probably need more than a couple elevators. Keep in mind that your program needs a bigger size freight elevator. In general you should work in such a way that your plan layout is more believable.

    I like your intention of working with open plan strategy and creating island type of enclosed spaces. I would recommend to free a bit more yourself so the curves you started introducing are stronger. Take a look at SANAA architects and their plan drawings. More specifically the plan Rolex learning center could be a good inspiration:
