in my opinion you should think that technical needs have to be previewed in more places than what you think is evident (restrooms, cafeteria, mechanical) what about for example lounges? Employee lounge,dressing rooms, these kind of spaces always need a water access so the users don't have to walk accross the building to clean something or wash hands...
